We want you to love your HeatHaven order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Quality Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, defective, does not heat, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. In most cases you will not need to send the item back. Please include your order number and a photo or short video showing the problem.
Changed your mind?
You may return an unused item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Please contact us before sending anything back. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be processed.
- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the item price to your original payment method.
Non-returnable
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by misuse.
- Items returned without contacting us first.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to show the refund.
Lost or late orders
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, contact us and we will reship your order or issue a full refund.
