There are 3 settings: about 108°F (green), 118°F (blue) and 131°F (red). The heating pad sits in the middle of the scarf and warms the back of your neck.
How long does the heat last?
It depends on your power bank size and the heat level you choose. A bigger power bank and a lower setting last longer.
Is it safe?
It runs on low-voltage USB power (5V, 5W). Always follow the manual, don't use it while sleeping, and it's not intended for children or people who can't feel heat properly.
